Edible Oil Refinery Machine 

GLY500 edible oil refinery machine is made up by refining tank, vacuum dewatering tank, decolorization tank, vacuum pump, oil pump, alkali mixing tank, measurement tank, and electric  cabinet, equipped with automatic temperature control system, vacuum dehydration, thermal insulation layer, and feeding buffer sets, has functions of degumming, deacidification, drying and decolorizing of the crude oil.

1 Refining tank: degumming by hydration method, deacidification by Alkali neutralization method.
2  Vacuum dehydration tank: drying and dehydration.
3  Water circling vacuum pump: create a vacuum when doing drying & dehydration process.
4  Decoloration tank: filter and decolor the oil. Make oil product clear and transparent, and reduce oil color.
5  Metering tank: metering and heating of the water, salt water, and Alkali liquid.
6  Alkali mixing tank: mix and dissolve solid Alkali with water. Make neutral Alkali liquid with required density.
 

GLY500 capacity introduction: daily capacity 500-2000kg

The refining equipment processing capacity is related to the oil refining process and the oil grade. The refining tank processing cycle is related to the raw oil quality and the finished oil grade requirements.

Refining tank processing capacity 200-250L/tank, dehydration tank, and refining tank are matched, decolorization tank filtration capacity 300L/tank, with time about 4-5 hours.

(1) If the crude oil quality is good, after heating, hydration, sedimentation, dehydration and other processes, it takes about 4 hours to deal with one tank.
(2) If the crude oil quality is bad and the finished oil grade needs high requirement, after heating, hydration, sedimentation, alkali refining, washing, dehydration and other processes, it takes about 12-24 hours for processing one tank.

1. Delivery time.
---20~30 days after order confirmation. We need time to prepare machine according to exporting standard, wear-in, making wooden box, fumigation and suitable ship arrangement from forwarder.

2. If I don't know how to operate this machine? how can I do?
----Our machine has been tested OK and fully assembled before shipping, customer just needs to make2~4 hours wear-in and then can work.

3. What's wear-in for new machine?
---- use 10 KG oil cake + 1KG sand + 1KG water, mix them, put in oil press, wear in 3~4hs.
1st hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 3mm.
2nd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2.5mm.
3rd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as mm.

4. What are cold press and hot press?
----Cold press is pressing dry and raw seeds. Usually need to press 2 times to get maximum oil.
----Hot press is pressing roasted seeds. Usually only press 1 time to get maximum oil. peanuts roast to 125~130 degree with 1~2% moisture. (We produce seeds roaster heated by economical fuel.
