YLJZ50*1 oil filter is designed to make the oil quality better and clean for small scale mill and oil making manufacturer. It works with spiral oil press at last step when oil sqeezing from machine.
It is suitable for all kinds of oil that's squeezed from screw oil press, to filter other kinds of crude plant oil to meet oil residue separating automaticly, such as rapeseed, peanuts, soybean, flaxseed, sesame, etc.
Usage:
I. Turn off all valves: Pour the crude oil into the tank, turn on the vacuum air pump motor when oil submerges the filter cloth or fills the tank.
II. Turn on the vacuum tank valve: Air is sucked out, the negative air sucks oil in and residue leaves on filter cloth.
III. Get clean oil: Put a container under the oil tap, when the filtered oil accumulates 30KG or arrives at the middle of survey hole, turn off the valve and then motor. Clean oil comes out from bottom tap.
* Water degummed: Put the oil in a container, add 1%~1.5% proportion cold salty water, proportion of which is 10% when temperature is 60~80 degree ° C, and stir them 1~2 minutes to totally mix till there is few bubble on oil surface.
